Can you show ticket PDF’s on a phone or do they require a printed page?

You have to print it. They won't let you in unless you have it on a paper.

Last I went they had me pick it up at the window even though I had it on my phone.

Got to have the printed page though having a PDF version won't hurt. They scan the barcode at entrance so may not be able to scan from a PDF?
