Is the phone working? I placed an order for mobile pickup and the entire order was wrong :( when I drove back they were closed and the entire time I was driving back, no answer.

Depending on which Chick-fil-A you visited, it either closed at 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. Best to check your bag contents against your order before you leave the parking lot. They will always fix it with a smile!

I don't know which location you were experiencing an issue with. But I do know the location in Fort Walton Beach FL on Beal Pkwy is always amazing about fixing any order mistakes. I would address your issue with the manager and explain your situation. Hopefully they will help resolve the problem of missing food and wrong order to your satisfaction (and even exceed your expectations on the resolution)! Good luck!!
