I am looking for shoe inserts like my mother in laws foot doctor ordered for her several years ago. They came is a box with about 5 pairs...They were all solid tan in color and they said 38 on the underside of them?

While we don't carry any inserts with 5 pairs per box, it is hard to know specifically what they are since inserts can fit various descriptions. 38 would be the european size. If they were purchased at a Foot Solutions store, let me know her name and the store location so we can look it up for you.
