I visited this store with every intention of purchasing some comfortable shoes for my tired swollen feet. I went there expecting to spend a few hundred dollars because my feet bear a couple of hundred dollars worth of pain. This was a few weeks back, but, I kept this review on my to do list as I despise those humans who mistreat other people. I'm not sure what that cashier goes through with customers, but, she took it all out on me. Her demeanor and disposition was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I saw the machine and the corner and asked if they analyze feet. Her answer wasn't the problem. The way in which she answered was. She had a nasty, stern look on her face when she answered me and let me know that I needed to make an appointment. I have common sense enough to understand that an appointment could be necessary so I don't understand the need for the bitter response. She was an older gray haired lady and I'm pretty sure she wore eye glasses. I don't know if she was tall or short because she never came from behind the counter. She looked above average height. She was Caucasian and overweight. I'm off today and going to look for the same shoes I was looking for that day. I will not be going there because I refuse to spend my hard earned money where I'm not shown basic human kindness!
