I search for a long lost friend, Allan Geis. A Catholic priest from the Cathedral of St. Augustine told me that spent time at the Northeast Florida State Hospital, and has since died. Would I be able to get any information about him? Thank you

The staff can gather information about previous patients but because of HIPAA laws the information cannot be released.
