First I want to say thank you Matt Long for your review It is the reason why I decided to give this tax collector office a try. Anytime you're willing to go 2 hours out of the way something has to be right. I am a truck driver so I just happened to be unloading in Macclenny Florida so I dropped my trailer at one of the local truck stops and went and registered my expired license plate for my van and I kid you not As God is my witness for a Monday morning the place was empty just two people at the counter being served one person sitting waiting and when I walked in there was two available staff I would say less than eight minutes I was in, pay for my registration and was out the door. The young lady that served me was very friendly, professional, as well very attractive. I as well live in Jacksonville Florida but I'll tell you this I would take the drive from now on out here to get my tags or whatever business that I need to have taken care of at the tax collector's office then to have it done in Duval County. But I want to say nothing against Duval County I have had goods professional employees serves me and Duval County but you have to remember Jacksonville have a lot of people so having a lot of people means You're going to have long wait time. So if you don't want that long wait time to me the drive out here and the time it takes to come out here it's worth the time I have to sit and wait at Duval County tax collector That's all I'm saying. Like I said nothing against the duval county employees, trust me they have a lot of people to deal with, it was just less people here at the bakers County tax collector's office. I was in and out so quick I had to close my eyes and open them again to see if I was still in front of the office 😘😀

Yes they do in Macclenny it's 30 minutes away from Duval County I went and I was in and out within 5 minutes and you don't have to schedule an appointment, a lady at the Jacksonville tax collector's office told me I couldn't be seen in Macclenny because I was from Jacksonville but I went down there anyway and it was blessed they don't ask you where are you are from they just give you the help you need
You can call their office to ask, but if your already in the system you should just need a proof of identity
No you do it in the sheriff office parking lot
You should make an appt. They can't promise that they can see you if you just walk in.

If they didn't provide you with a form to print out or an id num (either right after you took the test or in an email) then normally yes but if you haven't gotten it within 72 hrs then they should have it on file at the dmv.
$25 plus a service fee. Believe it comes to $30 roughly. You can order a duplicate license online or in person at any DMV. You will need all of the documents listed on their website if you go in person. Best to check if you can get one online.

Yes, as long as you have some form of ID and proof of an address in FL via mail with your name and current address, or a letter from the person you are staying with....
Take current registration to tag office with bill of sale for vehicle transferring to, proof of insurance, and driver license. Cost depends on vehicle and how current tag is. You can always call DMV and they can give you more specific info on cost.
