It is first come first serve so if you have a lot of people ahead of you then it can be a long wait. Sometimes call ahead and ask. But I prefer appointments.
Like everyone else said make an appointment that's what I do but for me it only takes 15 minutes to have a oil change done, I guess that's pretty much because I know a lot of people there

Better to make an appointment -- but it is still going to take you at least an hour to get it done. I am not sure why it takes that long if you have an appointment!! I don't think they have enough mechanics, or there's only one mechanic per car as opposed to going to jiffy lube where there's two or three people working on your car and you're out in 15
