I had a 9:45 appointment for a covid test. I got there on time text them to let them know l was there. I called them 10 minutes later was put on hold for another 5 minutes while I was there waited a good 20 minutes When another car pulled up and got tested within minutes. I finally got my test after waiting a 1/2 hour. I will never shop at that location again.

Pharmacy is poorly managed.

I want to first state that this is My Walgreens, and that I’ve gotten to know almost the entire Pharmacy Staff, due to being a very frequent customer. I’ve had nothing but Excellent Customer Service there, and Never had a problem in any of my many many visits. Last night, I had a particular staff member help me with an issue that required extra effort and empathy, and he did so courteously. And it was his first day at this location! His name is Chris, and he is a great addition to an already top notch staff there! Keep up the great work, All of You!

Asked for help in camera department. She handed me the cord to plug into the computer and left! Never saw her again. I left the store. Horrible experience.
