Why did I come in 15 minutes before check in & did not get checked in until 30 minutes after & had no paperwork to do? Horrible service from Ashleigh & Brandy. I will not be back

I called the day before my appointment to make sure if the time, walked in and they told me I didn't have an appointment because my insurance had not approved it . YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD HAVE LET ME KNOW WHEN I CALLED !!
