Lady was slow and there was absolutely no point of even having a meeting. There was no place to get a copy of any documents, no service for making money orders and therefore was no more help than a little drop box. There’s no point an American citizen should have to go through this to get an already existing official document.

The ladies in this office are not friendly. Passports only by appointment. I had to take my kids out from school with both parents present , not an easy task ! They had nobody in the office waiting yet they couldn’t take our completed application. I went down the street to the US Post office and a very kind lady who processes passports took our application with no problems! She is super efficient, kind, polite and a HUGE help ! Go to the Post Office on Scottsdale RD !

Called for an appointment to replace stolen passport. Were told that they were "booked for the next 60 days and it is the same for all of Maricopa county"! That was NOT true!!! We called Chandler passport acceptance office at City Hall and they had multiple open appointments, same day!!!
