I knew after I got off the phone making my appt that Laurie's was the right place for me. I had the best experience trying on dresses, and can't wait to wear my gown. It's crazy how you can walk in thinking you know what you want and then it all comes crashing down when you actually try on those types of dresses. Thank the Lord for Laurie!!! I was basically set on another dress at a different shop but when I walked in with my mom and sis, Laurie was just so welcoming and so personable. There's absolutely no pressure and I never once felt like I HAD to like something. I felt completely in control and comfortable to speak up and say "No, I don't like this one". She suggested not taking pictures in every dress I tried on and I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am for that. When you go back and look at pictures, everything starts to blend together and you have a hard time remembering even how each dress felt and if you liked/loved/hated it. Taking pictures in my two favorites helped me decide on my dream dress!! I am so excited to wear this on my wedding day! By the time I left Laurie's, I didn't even like the dress from the other place! Thank you Laurie!!
