Most of it will be gone but not the theatre. If you are on Facebook friend Councilman Derrick Leon Davis. He had drawings and videos of what the new site, "Indigo will look like.
The Cap Ctr. Blvd is shutting down and all stores have moved to the Woodmoore Town Ctr. Not sure if the bookstore has relocated there.

Cap Ctr Blvd is not closing but getting a makeover because of the new state of the art hospital being built at that sight. The Blvd will be more in line with Woodmore Shopping Center, more upscale.
The new hospital that is hhttps://umcapitalregion.org/our-new-hospital/alf completed at The Blvd (which will have a new name). Also the County seat has moved to Largo, off Apollo Dr. So all of your councilman’s offices are there now. The plan is Largo will be the new downtown.
