Certified vehicles are held to a higher standard, the diagnostics need to be run and they are putting their stamp of approval that the vehicle is functional as close to new as it can be for it to have been previously owned.
The car i bought wasn't certified. No fee for me. Its their cost for checking the car more thourogh than the avg car.
