I have been to the Mamaroneck Mavis location and had the worst experience so went out of my way to go to this one in Larchmont. I must say out of all the car places I’ve been to, tire or for oil changes or other services this was the most professional, courteous, efficient and overall experience I’ve had. The men working there are on point, did not need an appointment just called ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed and surely when I arrived I was taken care of expeditiously after the customer who arrived before me. The man who helped me was a marine veteran and he was helpful, informative and funny, they also give a military discount! I appreciate the straightforward experience I had and not trying to be sold a bunch of other unnecessary items or held up for hours, highly recommend for tires or any other service they can do.

I have used them before, having gotten a flat near by. I went in today after experiencing low tire pressure periodically over a three week period - fully expecting a tire replacement. What a great surprise to find out a re-seal was all that was required - they could have sold me on pricey new tires but didn't. Really great customer service. They are my tire place from now on!

Fantastic experience. Fast, clean, great communication. Ulysses was the best. Unfortunately I was given incorrect information regarding a $200 rebate. When I went online to file for the rebate I was it was only if you used a MAVIS credit card. I would have purchased the tires anyway, however I would have appreciated the correct information regarding this rebate.
