You call the police department and ask if you can get an officer to meet you at a near by place of the hiuse, during business hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm no after hours calls cause they don't have as many officers at night as they do during the day, and they tend to be very busy at the 5 pm till 12 am hours, I hope that answers your question,
