Ordered from ubereats when I got my food there was a long black hair in my cheese burger. I called to complain or at least notify white castle that someone is shedding on customers food but NO ONE picks up the phone. Its now 9p.m. WHY is that?

White Castles on B. Road one of the busiest fast food spots in the area. It takes forever to order and receive your order. So I would just assume they were extremely busy.
