This is by far one of the worse McDonald's I have ever been too. Their staff is slow, slower than sloths 🦥. The facility is always dirty...and I mean dirty, this McDonald's should be super clean and in good working order, at top peak seeing that it is right next to Yankee Stadium but their Ice cream/slushy machine is always broken. They run out of food, all the time. The wait time is always 20+ minutes, even when you order via the app. The security guard is always making drama with people and making everything feel so unsafe inside this place is scary. Some of the staff in front have nasty glue/dandruff stuff coming off their head, and they be touching their nose and face while they use the same gloves to handle your food, like hell no, that is a huge NO NO for me. Mask wearing is ridiculous, either wear them or dont, but having them below your nose is worthless to the customer, your coworkers, and your self. Overall, this location should be closed. Remodeled. And brand new staff hired and be fully trained for customer service, food preparation, and self care(this should be top priority right at the top with customer service).100% including in their personnel training.

The Spanish blonde woman that wears her face mask on her chin I think she’s a supervisor, has an attitude. I asked her nicely two times about my order and she just looked at me and walked away both times. She never answered my question. And when I was about to go to the cashier to ask for my money back, the manager come and gave me my order. This is not the first time a customer has a question and employee’s just look at them and walk away. And the place is always dirty. Idk how people are saying this place is great when it’s not. —Old Review— My order took about 20mins because only one person was preparing the food for all the customers. And it was packed. It makes no sense for a very busy McDonald’s to have only one person preparing food. Hire more people! Management does not care about anything. There’s homeless people inside this location.

I like this spot, it can get full sometimes and there's no clear indication there are more than one line but it goes quick & they try, they do but too many people come in. Breakfast is my thing there. Will always go, lines or no lines. Today I got bacon, egg & cheese biscuit meal. Update: the lines remain but i keep coming back for breakfast. Update: ordered the smokehouse bacon crafted burger, it's like an upgraded quarter pounder, I liked it alot. Nice mustard sauce. Update: having the 2 x 4 mix & match. Had the bacon egg cheese biscuit & sausage egg cheese Mcmuffin. See pic.
