They always leave stuff out and when i add extra meat for my burrito or extra chicken for my chicken Quesadilla or even extra cheese they give me the same amount i get for when i buy it rather when i add extra and i can tell because there is alot of bread left over they they over price and dont give you what you ask for

This is the BEST Taco Bell in the Bronx, hands down! The store is clean, the staff is serious about getting your food right and best of all: they are lightening fast. Seriously 😁! The food is always served at a safe temperature, unlike some other places serving up room temperature ground beef🤮 The store is clean and best of all is open quite late. They pack your meal nicely, add all the sauces you request, and actually give napkins without asking. The price is right; the Value meals outstanding and the staff us friendly. Try them!

This place is the absolute worst. They mess up my order every single time, and always forget to put any sauce in the bag. How can you enjoy taco bell without sauce. How hard is it to NOT put sour cream on things? Literally over 5 orders incorrectly done. These people are incompetent period.

I didn't have high hopes for another fast food restaurant in the area, but this was a Taco Bell Cantina! They surely have their stuff in order. Well... for the most part. It was my first time eating from there; and I ordered online and picked up (definitely a plus, since no other fast food restaurant in the neighborhood does that). I walked in, told them I was there for pickup (at the time I chose), and was given my food. I walked home and got ready to enjoy. That was until I realized they gave me what looked like two double decker tacos (no beans), instead of two loaded potato grillers. While I was bummed, I enjoyed the food nevertheless. The staff was friendly. The store was super clean. And the food was hot and fresh. This won't deter me from going there again, as there may have been an issue between the app and the store. But I have to give a fair review and deduct one star for failing to get the order correct the first time. I do recommend coming here though. For those adults in the area, come during dinner time when the teenagers are home (don't come after school, as you'll run into what looks like a packed store). Enjoy!
