Worst experience. I came here to buy an item and they told me they were having an event. After 15 mins nobody help me and they just stood around doing nothing! Customer service was rude and disrespectful. Will not return to this place ever again.

The specialist had no idea what my gold cufflinks were and in the end she told me that she was new and that's why she didn't know. Why would you put a new person in a position that requires knowledge about your items. You're Tiffany. Hire someone who knows! Great set up there. Employees outfits are much sharper than their brains unfortunately. Was a waste of a drive. I wish the person on the phone woulda told me that everyone was new and couldn't assist what I was looking for. I'm not bashing the products, they're great, but a zero for knowing nothing about vintage Tiffany. This store will do just fine with my 1 star rating but please fix that issue and put knowledgeable people in the area that you send people to find out what kind of Tiffany you have. I wouldn't think that I would hear a Tiffany person say "I'm new so I wouldn't know much". You think Tiffany would hire the right people instead of kids.

Do not come here they are super rude, my English is not perfect and Ruth made me feel less and was making really bad joke and laughing at me, It is unacceptable for a luxury store after spending lots of money here never coming back again!!! If you do not want to be discriminated do not shop here!!!!

This review is long overdue, I've been married to my wife for almost 20 years but haven't purchased much jewelry for her because we had so many other expenses to take care of. But this year, I felt like I was in a place where I could show my wife how much I appreciate her by investing in a piece from Tiffany & Co. We stopped by on a busy weekend and waited in line for a few minutes. As soon as we we walked in, we were greeted with genuine kindness and wonderful hospitality. Renee P Huang was the first sales consultant to greet us and show us around. I wasn't quite sure what my wife would like, so Renee showed my wife some beautiful pieces. Renee was patient, courteous and wasn't pushy or aggressive. I've been to many other luxury brand boutiques and at times, there's a hint of pretentiousness, however I did not get that sense at all from Renee or this Tiffany's location. In fact, while Renee was taking care of my wife, my youngest daughter and I were browsing through engagement rings (just fun window shopping) and all of the Tiffany Associates were super nice! In the end, my wife chose a bracelet and a ring and I also bought our 2 daughters their first Tiffany pendents from the Smile collection. It's their first expensive piece of jewelry and they absolutely love it! I think It's safe to say, this trip was pretty epic and special all thanks to Renee! I hope whoever is in charge of reading reviews makes sure that Renee's manager reads this message, because I can say with confidence, Tiffany & Co has a new loyal customer because of her. UPDATE: Last week, my wife and I went back to Tiffanys to pick out another ring for our anniversary. Whenever we have a special occasion, I will always stop by Tiffany & Co before anywhere else.

Social distancing and limited people in the store. Lots of hand sanitizers located everywhere.
Never
Yes
Tiffany's does provide financing options; likely requiring test credit. Not sure if the interest rate is any good. It's likely going to be poke a credit card. It's mostly used as a tool to get you to purchase a high ticket item without having to leave the store to get additional funds.
Yes, they have gift cards
