How can get records of shots given to an adopted dog on Memorial Day 2014?

Technically, shot records should be on file wherever you got them done in the first place, however, if you got them at the shelter good luck! sorry!

If you have not given shots since then your dog is overdue. Records that old won't do you any good

go in , take a number and the people at the don't counter will be willing to give you the record they have, but anything since then should be from your vet
