does Red Cross ever receive Mobility Scooters? I am n need of as I cannot walk very long distances, & a scooter would help me get out more for sunshine & Exercise

I believe they try to help you with modalities after a disaster, but don't think motorized scooters. I would call 1-800-RED-CROSS, just to make sure. They may have another recommendation too.
