They are to good to show any proof of why they send out citations , paid a big fine not long ago with no proof of what it was for . Just got another one again and the court system will not give proof of what it was or if it is even me . They sent proof out a few years ago but they are to lazy to proof a person was at fault . Only want your money as funding what they need. I am not the only one who drives the vehicles that are under my son's and my name so they automatically cute me when I am not out driving all the times

The Judge was rude and should have looked up my name to see I had a previous stalker and that is why I was at my current address but instead he sent a hearing for next week and in the mean time left the door open for my 4 stalkers to get even worse and for myself to buy a stun gun and mace .I feel Phoenix is a joke when it comes to harassment and stalking laws

I thought it was against the law to lie to police and under oath in court. Multiple times! Especially when she admits to trying to make someone kill themselves and admitted it. A persons life is more important than a phone

I had to keep coming back every month for my court case since the lawyers couldn't get my paperwork together enough to know about my case. Much less to be able to proceed. I kept going back just so they could tell me after I had been sitting there for a while that I had to come back cuz they had to reschedule. In all actuality they should have dismissed my case after the 2nd time they had realized their mistake.

Likely need to complete a license reinstatement (after revocation) packet through MVD.
They can detain you at any time if you have a warrant. Call the court& talk with the clerk of the court about a self surrender to the court. They usually wont detain you if the charge is not serious. Eventually you'll get a ticket or something the cops will run your name, see your warrant and you go to jail right then. Better to just go handle it.
I believe you would go to the Legal Library for that form
Aak for your driving record, on there you will see all your driving infractions.
That's what appeals are for. Also ask a lawyer.
It depends on your work history and also the amount of the fine. If you are a student or the dependent of another it is easy to get one. If you cannot prove the reason you are unable to pay they will not grant permission for a late payment. If it is your first time being late you should be fine anyways don't sweat the small things. Goof luck! No on the agency question it does not work that way.
You will not get a rely by e-mail if they received it.
If you just married and want to change your name you have to take a certified copy of your marriage license to the social security administration.
2 hour max.
https://www.phoenix.gov/court/defensive-driving-program May help
Call courts and ask if theres any open cases or u can stop. By and ask depending if its traffic or criminal
You go online www.phoenixcourt.com
Azcourtpay.com but if you have a payment contract then you need to call to make the payment or in person..
Send a motion to courts@ Phoenix.gov
www.azcourtpay.com
Depending upon what you need.. Do you have a court date? Do you need records? Did you miss your court date?...
No way to know what a judge will say. File a motion and explain your situation
Go to the appropriate court and see a judge. The judge will ask you why you haven't taken care of it then render judgement (i.e., how much your fine is, what you need to pay now if you don't have the full amount, etc.) Or you can go to the court, ask how much you owe, and pay it. I'd suggest seeing a judge first - it saved me almost $300 by seeing the judge first.
No, Superior Court issues the passports.
Depends on how you payed.
There's a water fountain inside the drink thing is up to the seated Judge there's sines out side of the current restrictions with the judges name on it since it can change on the seated judges whim not sure.
No, they will not be open. 8 am Tuesday
There is metered parking on the streets and a parking structure on 4th Ave and Washington or Jefferson
Yes till 5pm
Look up the spific department you need.
Yes
Depends what type of tickets. Driving tickets, go to municipal Court and set up payment plan,
You would still need to see a judge.
Go to the courthouse and see a judge. No app necessary.
Paying* I would start with your grammar.
Ied have your legal counsel set it up for you.
Copies can be obtained at Superior Court. 201 W. Jefferson St.
File a motion on the 3rd floor of the court.
That depends on the amount
Yes
Yes. First floor, next to the jury center.
Ask the court, not us
If it's an eviction, those are handled through the Justice Court on Jackson St. If you need a protection order, you can do this at any court near you.
Come to the court and the Public Defender office is on the 4th floor
Yes, you can during business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday. The office is located on the 6th floor on the east side of building.
Maybe. Depends on the type of fine. Ask about the C.A.P. program for civil fines
You have to go in person to the building and records will be on the 3rd floor
Wrong court. Need to go to family court
If it is minor no you will not.
Traffic school prevents points going on your driving record. So if you dont mind the points then pay the ticket instead. If you ran a red light traffic school is mandatory.
Awesome thanks! Is there like a time limit for the garges? I don't know how long I will be there.
I believe you can file the paperwork through the mail
Call the clerk of the court and ask them
Most likely no
I belive so you can talke to a operater if you just stay on the line
Just call your court number they will tell u over the phone
Listen to Matthew,go to the courts and try to make payment arrangements for tickets if that's what your case is about.
Good luck getting ext over the phone. I am curious if your succesful
Call the court ,give them your name and ask when your court date, and make sure you show up or you may receive a warrant for your arrest.
Depends on where you buy it from. Sometimes if you qualify as indigent the courts can wave the costs. However usually ive seen it in the $300 range
Call the Phoenix municipal court clerk and they will know exact times & dates
It's not a felony warrant it's just from tickets being unpaid and not showing up to court
Probably would be better to contact your attorney for any legal advice.
Youd be best to get a money order or use a credit or debit card
You should refuse the fines and sue the Phoenix Municipal Court for not adhering to the Arizona constitution and charging people excessive fines that are unreasonable. No one should pay them You have jurisdiction over yourselves do not give it to them willingly.
If you have a case at the Un-superior(thats just what i call it) Court on 2nd Ave & Jefferson, it is on there website look for civil or criminal case click o it and enter the persons name or date of birth or case number it should give you options for case entry minutes.
9am
Call the court and ask.
