I'm not sure I know they ask for proof of residency every time
You need to bring it all every time
No you always have to take your id and a piece of mail with your name and address on it, each and every time you go there
You must have photo ID and proof of current address with every time.
They will most likely turn you away if you don't bring them current info. When I volunteered there they sent a few folks away because they either had no ID or could not verify residency.
