I will also confirm this is the best Starbucks in any area around for 100 miles maybe you need to take responsibility for your own mistake ? I'm sure no one messed with your phone, and you actually got it back ? You should be grateful. It would disappear in a N.Y. minute in da Bx. or Bklyn. Lol

That's very disrespectful what the Starbucks employee did but I highly recommend you go to your phone manufacturer and learn how to use your phone a little bit more
