At the Kissimmee location (town center) it's free for owners and military . If you stayed at the villas, and the lakes, off of the town center property, you had to pay a fee.

Kissimmee and it cost extra. It was mayhem when we were there.

In Westgate free to owners and their guests.

Yes there's a Waterpark at Westgate in Kissammee. Very clean and great hospitality.
