The company I work for....a locally Houston owned business, is considering a commissioned Art Car for marketing and exhibition. Does that "break the rules" of creativity?

Thank you for your inquiry, Amyrella. As I understand it, there is a special category for commercial entries in the parade. I can refer to St. Arnold Brewery. They have 5 or 6 art cars, commissioned by a couple of different local artists, (Gonzo 247 & Robynn Sanders are the two I know of) The Orange Show Center for visionary Art is the organization that actually puts on the Houston Art Car Parade. You can go to the website: www.thehoustonartcarparade.com and check out the rules. I hope this is helpful information for you. Thanks again and good luck!

Could we perhaps sponsor an art car and artists instead?
