How much is the rent for a 1bd 1b? How much is the desposite and application fee? Thanks for taking the time to read my questions.

I think its $800 and something the deposit depends on the monthly special. No more than $400. Can't remember app fee. But all bills are paid. Carport parking is $25 a car. I recommend that otherwise u won't have a parking spot. I have been here for 4yrs. The rent might be even cheaper i am not sure. I have 2/1 w/upgrade plus 2 parking spots so we pay $1200. But no other bills.
