I believe that you're not allowed but just don't tell the office and make sure you pay the lot rent and not your tenant

Hello Joan, As per our Lease Agreement and our Community Guidelines, all of our homes must be Owner Occupied. You are not permitted to rent out your Mobile Home. Please feel free to visit our Management Office and speak directly to our Property Manager regarding your home. Our Property Manager will be more than happy to answer any questions regarding your Residency in our community.
