This is a beautiful and well kept community. House's are somewhat over priced for their condition. Administration for the office is something to be desired and their rules are ridiculous . I was going to buy there and during my walk thru of the property she was telling me what was grandfathered in had to be changed???REALLY..do you know what GRANDFATHERED IN means??

I see No family's moving in and No children, this is turning into a senior citizen living place with No activity. It's supposed to be at least 30% children and I think they're being turned away horrible.

Yes own your home prices are from 40 to 90k land rent in my case is more than my mortgage they are very petty hear wish i could find a acreand move this or sell but i did up grades and looking for a mobile mover because like i said very much petty they threaten to evict 2 steal property so u have 2 sell fast wish i did more research and they can one year be a 2 dollars more 4 land rent and last year bumped up 27dollars on my street i pay 600plus THE MANAGER AND PEOPLE ARE VERY NOISY ,I RECOMMENDED U NOT NOT 2 BUY HERE

They are not 55+. Some silly rules but that is what makes this a very nice place to live. I feel very safe here and I personally don't see or hear of crime. Though crime is everywhere but this is a good place to live and pretty safe place to raise your children.. I personally I like the east side. There are older people in Summerfield west.
