The signs on the gates have rules saying no leashes, but if you're mindful of the other dogs I don't think any other owners will complain
It's really not good for you to keep your dog on a leash when inside the park. There is a sign with the rules and one of the rules is you aren't supposed to have a leash on your dog. If they get scared or overwhelmed while around the other dogs, being on a leash makes them feel trapped and they can act aggressively.
