9/14/22 Road to access park is CLOSED. You cannot access park. Great well maintained dog park with mutiple play areas. As a Denton resident I am quite irritated that my exhorbitant property taxes paid for a lovely sculpture, but miniscule shade for the small dogs for which the park is allegedly created. It is HOT here, dogs need plenty of shade, please. DOGS do not notice sculpture but they DO notice the heat.

Highly recommend for any dog owner. It's a very nice, clean park. It has several different areas for all doggos. We went to the small area and had a ball. My little schnauzer loved it.

There are several fenced in areas....each fenched + gated area is separate by dog weight and/or size of dog breed
The signs on the gates have rules saying no leashes, but if you're mindful of the other dogs I don't think any other owners will complain
