Why do we have to make an appointment for a oil change if the time of our appointment means we will be waiting 1 hour and 30 mins. This place is crazy I don’t like there service.

I agree. That is normal for any dealership. It is not a quick lube place :)

90 minutes for an oil change at a dealership is standard unfortunately. This dealership's service department is by far the best I've experienced though.
