Switch to Service Electric if you can, we been there with RCN. Service Electric has more reliable service with the plus of saving money. Do the switch if you can.
Unplug your modem, then unplug your router... then plug in your modem and wait 5 minutes, then plug in your router... then reconnect to internet... :-) ...if that doesn't work, call 800. RINGRCN and schedule a tech to come out
