Really kind staff. Donors are in and out pretty quickly as long as it's safe for them to leave.

I have been getting 200 points insead of 250 points when i donate platelets and plasma. This has been going on for awhile. How can i get this fixed so i get the lost points?

Try giving the office a call, they should be able to help you!

Why is it that when i donate platelets i get 200 points but when i donate platelets and plasma i still get 200 points. I feel that when donating more then one blood component more points should be given for each component.

You should actually get 250 lifesaver points for platelets plus one other product. Complete details on the Lifesaver Rewards Program can be found at: https://www.giveapint.org/community_posts/lifesaver-rewards-program/

Do they compensate you here?

Miller-Keystone Blood Center is licensed and regulate by the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA). FDA regulations stipulate that blood donated by individuals who have been paid to donate CANNOT be transfused to humans in the United States. Therefore, all donations made with MKBCV come from a strictly volunteer donor base, with no financial compensations provided.

Miller-Keystone Blood Center | Oct 30, 2021

Similar to red cell or platelet donation, plasma donation is an automated donation process in which specialized machinery will extract the donor's blood, remove the plasma and return the platelets and red cells to the donor's body, along with a little saline. The entire process from registration to donation to refreshments will take anywhere from 1-2 hours.
