yes! They did this to me and then tried to blame me for being inflexible. They also ignored everything i told them about what needed to be done. I have this problem almost every year. I know exactly what needs to be done to fix it. But their technician knows better than I do and all he did was move the location of the leak to a place where I can't even fit a suitable bucket under it to catch the leaking water!
They are incredibly bad. Another thing to consider - if you have a home warranty (like AHS) that uses them for their HVAC services, you should reconsider that warranty service. The warranty service will simply collect the service fee, and then leave you to fend for yourself with this awful company. In the end it simply isn't worth it.
