Same here but i only let them no show me twice. I spoke to a supervisor after the 1st one and that didn't do any good so i called spectrum instead. 1hr window to install 2 days later.
I haven't a clue! But this is not right!!! Call customer service and ask to talk to a manager! Them let them know what's happening! This should not happen! But I don't in that area I am involved in the network! Good luck!
Customer service reps are unprofessional, rude, and outright stupid. Does Frontier hold a mirror under applicants nose and if they create a fog on the mirror, they are hired? It seems so. After the tech Dexter came to upgrade us to 2 gig service, it has been worse - more dropped connections, more slowing down of speed, my wireless/cell/digital phone does not work in certain areas of the house (dropped calls, no service, etc), and Frontier continues to take my money. I received a survey asking how my tech, CIRO, performed. Our tech said his name was Tony! Cannot be too safe, especially the murder involving Roy James Holden, Jr. Google his name if you have not heard of him and what he did. Complaints to Frontier on Twitter had them threatening my wife and they falsely reported to Twitter that her posts were harmful to get hem blocked. We bought a website and we will help others in their dealings with Frontier, through legal channels or otherwise. Wait to see what Frontier threatens her with next. @FrontierCommsSux
