Depends what kind of complaint. They send surveys after every visit to ask how you liked your visit. You can always answer at that point in time that you had some sort of a problem. If it's against the office staff then you should register a complaint with one of the doctors. If it's about one of the doctors then, it depends what it is.... if it's a medical complaint, you can register with the practice itself. There are multiple doctors in the practice. They decide who stays and who goes. If there's lots of complaints against a particular doctor, then they may boot the doctor.
