My handicapped mother will b visiting this week as she wants to see the lights on the falls. What kind of walk can we expect?

How much is it just for the observation deck

You can drive pretty close to the falls. You may only be able to see the Canadian lights from the car. There was also a tram i rode in the fall. I don't know if it is running now.

Very little because of the ice and snow on the ground. You should visit during the summer months
