The trail starts with 30+% up hill grade with dozens of people work both up and down it. Once you get past that rocky and dirt trail climb then its mostly flat for a while so that part on a bike wouldn't be to bad. Overall Id say no for your safety and the people walking up as well. I don't recall seeing a no bikes sign.
