A person's bad day shouldn't reflect on the customers at anytime and that's business 101
I've been to this location many times. Most of the employees are surprisingly nice if you talk to them. Like everyone else I'm sure they can have bad days. Heck. We're in the middle of a pandemic and Texas is a hot spot. Maybe something tragic happened to ab employee's loved one. I know multiple people who've been infected. Multiple people who've lost family and friends - including 1 who lost his entire family (dad, mom, younger brother).
@Zaddy Massage, I am not sure why that happened. I myself did experience a not so pleasant employee. I basically just got my order and left the very first day I visited this location. So I decided to give the store over all the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. The second time I visited this location the employees on duty were very nice. I would say everyone has a bad day,however, it shouldn't be conveyed at work.
