I will not be back! Been a customer for over 6 years and the change of management has led to poor customer service, and nickel and dime tactics. Charging extra for literally unbuttoning 1 button on my shirt. The lady at the front desk is super rude got upset that I wanted my dress shirts laundered instead of all dry cleaned. Again nickel and dime tactics!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Both my friend and I tried with cloth damaged, and the customer service is awful. If you got time or curious, I left the details below (with my personal experience). ______________________________________________________________ I used the dry clean services for over 6 months, and it was great, until my sweater got destroyed here on a wash load I sent in 7/31/2021. When I first pick up my sweater, it was shrinked, and the sleeves sticked together (cannot separate them). The first confronting conversation, the person performed the procedure told me that he followed the steps, and it just happens. However, I have this sweater cleaned here as well as at other dry cleaners, and never had the issue before. So I left the sweater with them, as they said they will try to restore it to the original state. One week later, I called them to ask for a status (no one called me in between), and they said they restore it. So I went into the store to see the result, and the sweater was in a kid size. As I am not satisfied for the result, they asked if I want them to reorder my cloth, or give back money, and I chose the cloth. At this point, no one mentioned that they would refund at least the cleaning fee for this piece. During the next two weeks, I have called multiple times, everytime they say they are talking to the owner, and it got approved. I have sent them the link to reorder my cloth, even found them one with discount at the moment. Then the person on the phone said she will go ahead and processed it. A week later, nothing happened. no call, no feedback, no status update. So I went to the store, and she said she has been busy, so no time for ordering, blahblahblah, then I said, it has been a month, with nothing processed. I called today again (a week after she said she will be ordering RIGHT AWAY), and she said nothing has been processed. And acting like she never confirmed with me on the product. After over a month of active communication from my end, I never received a call from the owner, and they will not provide any detail unless you contacted. Even you contact them, my experience is full of lies. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HERE. __________________ 9/13 update: I picked up the sweater today (new) after 3 additional phone calls and 2 visits.

Yes sir, we do clean and restore leather jackets. Please bring your leather jacket to the store so they can give you the price.
We provide Dryclean services to Indian clothes but we need to check the garment first and decide because not all the Indian clothes are made to Dryclean there is no instructions on them some of the garments need to sign a release ( if damaged we will not be responsible)
