There money hungry and raise the rent every couple of months. There is a gym but its just open whenever they feel like working and opening the doors. The pool has been under construction/broken for about 2 years not and qas only open for a period of about a week.

I'm sorry I do not know. I do not have a pet. I do know that they are not aloud to run free in the community and if found running loose the owner can be fined, they must be leashed and accompanied by there owner at all times.
