I've ordered here and waited over 2 hours before, it's not unusual; they won't tell you either. I've had orders cancelled without them telling me too so it's kinda garbage tbh.
When in doubt, call the store. Errors happen, and unless this store has been able to attract more drivers, they've been understaffed for several months.
