I’m sick of paying 44.99 a month which is supposed to include rim cleaning - it does not! Save your money - I actually asked the three guys leading cars through to pay attention to the rims- do u think one of them gave each rim a scrub - NO!! This used to be a good place, not anymore

I've been coming here for 2+ years. I have a monthly car wash pass, so I try to get here at least 3 times a week. However, I've been very disappointed in the quality for the last year. It seems like every time I come there is something else that's broken. Either the vacuums don't have enough pressure because there's a clog or the under carriage wash isn't working, etc. I have to go through twice to get a good rinse every single time. It takes them weeks if not months to fix a problem and then a new one pops up. I've finally had enough. I canceled my membership today. I think I'll go for the touch-less car wash right next door

Tunnel dryers ripped off my trim molding UPDATE... pleased to say that the district manager was quick to reply and rectify the problem, couldn't be happier...changing this review to 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

As I was going into the car wash today it was hard to know when to go into neutral or not. I inched my way through taking my time. The older gentleman operating at the time proceeded to hit the side of my car window hard. I would've been fine with a tap, like his manager said they normally do in this situation but this was not that. I don't like my car being hit when visiting a car wash. This was unprofessional. There should be better indicators of where exactly to go into neutral. And I did not like getting called "BS" on the scratch on my car window by the employee. I am not sure if this was from him so I can't say it was but it was not a fun experience today.
