If you don't have your own gear it's around $35 a person. With gear about $25. Hispanic people are welcome, obviously. I think you would have to call to see if anyone can instruct you in Spanish. It will depend on their staff and if any of them speak Spanish. Good luck!
I've been there a few times and haven't seen any Spanish speakers on staff, nor do they have any signage offering Spanish classes or translation help to my knowledge.
