Call the company and report an outage they'll give you an estimate wait time for when it will be back on they have a problem on there end...this is always happening on my street im am currently looking for another electricity solution cause im feed up last time it was up to 6 hours and i couldnt even make my daughter a bottle and my house was so cold we and to sit in the car
