You need to call MetEd directly for an outage. They are the only ones that would have any idea when your power might be restored. You must also call to report the outage. They don't know unless you call them.

Call them if it is an emergency like this. They will only do business over the phone, and when you call, repeatedly ask to talk to a live operator.
