My mom (94) is getting calls almost everyday from alternate energy companies trying to get her business. How can I stop these calls!!!!???? Now they have a lead in tape saying you have been overcharged for service and will refund the money.

She could also try calling met ed and asking a billing representative to restrict her information.

Unfortunately you really can't the only thing I can suggest is get name of supplier and file complaint with PUC
