I think you'll have to call them and ask for an appointment. They'll take down your info and call you back to give you the next available appointment

You do not need an appointment, get the requirements on their website then just do a drop box in their office or mail the documents directly to them. Please note, they do not have any agents , you have to deal with them directly.
