Welcome to my world! . . . After numerous promised and missed delivery dates, when the company that delivers for Ashley finally arrived, they had less than 1/4 of our purchase. The receipt listed the entire order and the most important piece (the bed) was not included. Weary of Ashleys (and sleeping on an air mattress), I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Ashleys began issuing various amounts over a two week period and numerous calls to their customer service. My refund was held up first because the store manager Dwayne, wanted us to still purchase something (which I declined), then it was held up further because Ashleys delivery company reported that they had made a partial delivery. Nothing had been delivered, and the Store knew this as we had spoken numerous times that day. I ultimately had to dispute the missing portion of my refund. Ashleys needs to get their act together. We had an awesome salesman. . .but executuon and delivery is really dismal.
Unfortunately they are not very prompt when it comes to delivery. We had to cancel our orders and then went to American Furniture Warehouse, we found all new items at a better deal . Then we headed over to Mattress Firm and got the exact same Mattress and both of the stores delivered on time and on the date they gave us. You're better off disputing the charges and going elsewhere.
